LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is looking for aerospace painters for an opportunity in Auburn, WA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Aerospace painters will tape, mask aerospace assemblies and parts, sanding, masking, painting, lettering and numbering of parts for purposes of finishing the aircraft product in compliance with policies, manuals, procedures and requirements.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Production work experience in aerospace preferred. 
• Paint experience a must using HVLP spray guns
• Knowledge of “shop math” including use of measurement tools
• Familiarity with blueprint reading
• Ability to meet deadlines and use of hand tools preferred. 
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
