Purchasing Agent
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Purchasing Agent for an opportunity in Auburn, WA
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Issuing purchase orders to replenish stocks where prices and vendors are mostly pre-established.
- May receive purchase requests from others or initiate orders based on standard stock levels or order issuing criteria.
- Uses computer terminals or PC’s to record data.
- Follow established procedures.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 1+ year related training or work experience.
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, kneel and reach
- Physical requirements of the position include the ability to push/pull, lift/stack materials weighing up to 10 pounds regularly, 25 pounds occasionally. This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching (computer keyboard and mouse) and grasping, as well as occasional bending, kneeling and squatting and climbing of stairs.
- Vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Read, write, understand and speak English Fluently
