Program Manager

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a program manager for an opportunity in Arlington, WA

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

 

The Program Manager will coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Customer and Product Support projects. You will coordinate between project management and planning along with other departments to ensure the highest efforts to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.

 

  • Manage and direct all phases of the program lifecycle.
  • Ensures conformance to customer requirements.
  • Accountable for managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Timely response to customer communication and coordinate schedules for on-time delivery.
  • Performs price verification, lead-time and clauses of incoming purchase orders.
  • Request date accelerations to support monthly revenue goals.
  • Work with management team to ensure that customer and internal requirements are being met.
  • Provide additional training and support to other departments as required.
  • Maintain and add new customer folders to Sales on Company shared drive.
  • Support flow down to Planning and Production of customer specifications and engineering questions.
  • Communicate regularly with customers.
  • Develop recovery plans for missed deadlines and/or scheduling.
  • Track progress towards development and certification milestones.
  • Creating and maintaining program schedule.
  • Use past experience to identify and mitigate schedule risks as early as possible.

 

Qualifications and requirements:

 

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Basic computer knowledge including email, spreadsheet software, word processing software and presentation software
  • Knowledge with Outlook and Microsoft office
  • Ability to speak effectively before auditors or employees of the company
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
  • The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience alongside customer service.
