Aerospace Assembler

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking aerospace assemblers and operators for an opportunity in Arlington, WA

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Seeking an energetic, reliable and safety-oriented Winglet Assembler to assemble machine parts into precision aircraft wing assemblies with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. Candidates with aerospace sheet metal experience preferred.

 Qualifications and requirements:

• Aerospace Sheet Metal Experience Strongly Preferred.
• Read and interrupt work orders, blue prints, plans, materials, specifications, and other written materials.
• Assemble parts per instructions and drawings.
• Drills, taps, reams, countersinks, and spot faces rivet holes in parts.
• Position and align parts.
• Bolt, screw, and rivet parts.
• Disassemble and replace parts.
• Clean, deburr and assemble.
• Marks identifying information on parts.
• Dependable / Punctual
• Positive attitude / Ability to work under direct supervision and strict procedures.
• Ability to handle frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to walk on a regular basis, stand or sit for extended periods of time, stand using sense of touch, reach with hands/arms; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crawl. Be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
