Station Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Station Manager for an opportunity in Miami, FL.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate with stations maintenance contract for rnanpower and facilities to ensure maximum use of maintenance time.
Cornmunicate and coordinate with Purchasing and other departments the scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth transition with no or minimal delays.
Coordinate with and line maintenance and QC,'QA the accomplishment of the scheduled work load.

Qualifications and requirements:
- 5+ years of experience performing hands-on maintenance on large aircraft.
- 5+ years of experience supervising five or more personnel in aircraft line maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid FAA A&P License required.
- B-737 Gen Fam preferred.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
