Job Description
Manage the front desk reception area and supporting department managers with office adminstrative responsiblities.
Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
- Experience using MS Outlook & managing calendars
- Experince with MS Office
- Handling inbound & outbound calls
- Performing additional office admin responsibilities as needed
- High level of customer service
- Outgoing and professional personality
- Needs to be reliable
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
