F-15 Crew Chief / APG Mechanic
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking F-15 Crew Chief / APG Mechanics with experience repairing F-15 aircraft for an opportunity in Saudi Arabia.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, services and modify aircraft and related support equipment
- Maintain aircraft forms and records; perform crew chief, expediter, flight chief, line chief and maintenance staff functions
- Supervise tactical aircraft and related support equipment repairs
- Perform Launch/Recovery and inspection of F-15 aircraft
- Perform periodic inspections and scheduled maintenance of F-15 aircraft
- Conduct fueling/defueling operations and aircraft servicing operations
- Conduct corrosion control procedures
- Perform aircraft ground movement operations
- Maintain aircraft flight documents and associated forms
- Maintain aircraft technical orders and publications
- Train RSAF to the 5 and 7 level
Qualifications and requirements:
- Must have 5+ years of APG experience.
- Professional / Specialty: AFSC 2A373 Tactical Aircraft maintenance APG Craftsman / F-15 Crew Chief APG
- Proficient in Launch / Recovery and inspection of F-15 aircraft
- Proficient in associated servicing of F-15 aircraft
- Knowledge of power plant / avionics / pneudraulics / environmental systems of F-15
- Proficient in maintaining associated aircraft documentation
- Professional / Specialty: Engine Technician, and F15 Engine courses from the U. S. Air Force or equivalent studies
- F1 -E 29 GE F-100-129E, C Engine Disassembly, Inspection, Repair, Assembly
- F100 Engine Removal and Installation in F15 A/C
- Troubleshooting of F100 Engine Installed or Uninstalled
- Troubleshoot / Repair Secondary Power and LRU's
- Engine run certified within the last two (2) years
- Must be proficient in I.M. Level Repair procedures for P&W F100-220(E)/229 Engines
- Must be able to work in confined area such as engine intake or exhaust
