Subcontract Administrator

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Subcontract Administrator for an opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

This Position is in support of our Greenville and Field Team Operations Program located in Greenville, SC. This position will work closely with suppliers and Site Management to provide rapid response for procurements supporting urgent needs. Duties include:

• Develop subcontract Packages in accordance Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Review/ Develop statements of work in conjunction with site management.
• Conduct negotiations for best value, delivery schedule, and Terms and conditions for procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services
• Analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors,
• Writes subcontract packages for review, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts.
• Work with Contracts, Program Managers and suppliers to ensure orders are placed timely, and inventory is received and invoiced.
• This position is in a fast paced, high volume environment. The selected candidate must be able to work with general guidance. 

Qualifications and requirements:

• 5 years’ experience is required.
• Experience in procurement and subcontract management
• Comprehend requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations
• Acquisition/Procurement Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook)
• Owning and completing multiple tasks
• Manage competing priorities
• Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Team Player
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
