Stress Analysis Engineer
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Stress Analysis Engineers for an opportunity in Akron, OH
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Stress Analysis Engineers are responsible for coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure airframe models represent the current design.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience building, loading and maintaining full airframe internal loads models
- Experience with Finite Element Modeling (FEM), especially non-linear analysis.
- Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift
- Mathematical ability to perform and/or understand the calculations used in assigned areas and ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and technical data.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed
