Customer Service Representative 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking customer services representatives in Woodridge, IL. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a key member of a customer-centric team, the CSR’s responsibilities are:

• Deliver the highest level of customer service
• Go above and beyond; think outside the box to resolve customer issues
• Process incoming sales orders and resolve customer inquires
• Multi-task while working with multiple systems
• Execute customer retention practices to ensure customer loyalty, including up-selling or cross-selling of additional products
• Follow-up on customer concerns via phone, mail, or e-mail
• Partner with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or issues
• Perform typical office-related functions

Qualifications and requirements:

• Excellent listening and communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
• 1-3 years of experience in customer problem resolution and/or customer retention
• Great phone etiquette, including the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when addressing dissatisfied or irate callers
• 1-3 years of experience handling high-volume calls on a multi-line phone system, along with ability to wear a headset for long periods of time; call center experience is strongly preferred
• Proficient computer skills; must type a minimum speed of 35 wpm; experience using an order-entry system is strongly preferred
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working in a team or independently
• High attention to detail, especially when proofreading customer orders
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime during peak business periods
