Manager of Global Trade Compliance
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Manager of Global Trade Compliance in Tulsa, OK.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Directs and manages the global trade regulations compliance function for the organization. Provides thought leadership and develops others in order to institutionalize the processes of continuous improvement in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.
Must be willing and able to travel internationally 1-2 times per year
Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited four-year college or university and twelve (12) or more years related experience and training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MS, MBA, JD or other advanced degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic In-Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Ability to implement and maintain export screening controls for order processing systems
- Ability to conduct effective compliance training for all levels of the organization
- Ability to make critical decisions and enforce compliance in high pressure situations
