Assembly Technician
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Assembly Technicians with experience performing work on B737 aircraft for an opportunity in Wichita, KS.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assembly techs will fabricate, modifiy, or repair mechanical assemblies, applying knowledge of mechanics according to assembly blueprints, manuals and engineering memos.Job Description
Assemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision and other structural and system components, working from drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements, and established processes and procedures. Functional test and correct, fit form and function of assemblies and components.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 3+ years of assembly experience
Must have structural riveting, sealing and wiring experience.
- Must be flexible and able to work independently.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
