Program Manager

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Program Manager for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities: 
The Operations Business Development Leader serves as a Project Manager for the Base Logistics Organization. This position will create/develop projects with high operational impact along with an extensive emphasis to change management. Key strategic initiatives will include development of key operational playbooks/presentations with complex and large scale scope within the Base Logistics Operations. This position could interact with teams comprised of Leadership, Project Managers, Maintenance, Engineers, Supply Chain, Vendors and external companies.

Qualifications:

• 4 – 7 years of Experience
• An understanding of airline operations and/or technical operations, technical expertise in benchmarking, six sigma, and the ability to influence change in a matrix environment is desired
• Advanced computer (Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and other programs), statistical analysis, organizational, written and verbal communication skills are highly preferred
• Training and experience in project management, process optimization and change management is highly desired
• Should be highly motivated, detailed oriented, self-directed, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and possess strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to diagnose functional area strengths and weaknesses and develop recommendations for improvement is highly desired
• Ability to effectively manage and deliver on many projects at once within strict deadlines is required
