OVERVIEW

COMPENSATION / SCHEDULE 
Weekly Pay (on 40 hours) / PACKAGE RATE: Per diem or local
Increased to 45/HR as of 3/18/24!!
ST. 27.00
OT: 67.50
PD: 720.00
TRAINING: N/A
BONUS: NO
WORK SCHEDULE: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift.
3, 4 & 5 day schedules worked. 3 day shift is 36 paid hours - needs to be 100% open to all shift options.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

  • NO Tools required. - confirmed 11/29
  • Minimum 3 years in airframe structural repair
  • Experience working from blueprints, sketches, diagrams and/or CATIA (3D models)
  • MUST have experience performing calculations for angles, circumference, diameter & bend allowances.
  • Be able to use shop math to fabricate and/or install complete major assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • **Cannot be allergic to resins, aluminum dust, glues, epoxy, adhesives or fiberglass

Week 1 – Responsibilities / Expectations / Culture / Environment

Training all week - 4 days classroom/computer - pair up with a senior tech starting Friday & the following week. *
Parking: 1st lot on the right once through the gate and enter through double glass doors at end of covered walkway.
Work Schedule: TBD - provided by end of first week. Make sure your candidate is 100% open to shift.
Dress Code: Work clothes & safety glasses.

FALCON MULTI-MISSION 
Project/Work scope: 
  • Build aircraft parts, sub-assemblies and assemblies using blueprints, CATIA models, company standards, and/or work instructions.
  • Performs calculations for angles, circumference, diameter, and bend allowances, using shop math to fabricate and/or install complete or major assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • Modifies completed sheet metal assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • Performs check of fabricated items and/or checkout of systems installed.
  • Utilizes aircraft tooling to perform precision sheet metal operations and installations.
  • Sets up and operates standard shop equipment (rivet gun, C squeeze, A squeeze, Drill Press, PR sealant mixer and gun)
  • Works in a safe manner in accordance with OSHA and Company Safety procedures.
  • Cleans work area and aircraft to eliminate and control FOD (Foreign Object Debris).
  • Makes proper entries in Production and Planning Logs and documents all work in computerized system.
  • Completes assigned jobs in prescribed time.
  • Install interior shell panels and completes various interior operations.
