MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
- TOOLS required.
- Need to be able to plug and play /hit the ground running – have planes on backlog.
- 2+ years strongly preferred.
- Will take military & commercial BUT 1+ year heavy regional desired.
- You have received training from an avionics/electrical Aircraft Technical School or other substantiated equivalent.
- GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License) or AET (Aircraft Electronics Technician) Certificate preferred
- OK with contract to hire OR direct hire – no need for straight contract at this time.
- Can read/understand electrical engineering drawings.
- Ability to obtain SIDA badge.
- May need to obtain GSE qualifications as required.
- Okay with having to possibly work unscheduled overtime, nonscheduled workdays & holidays

- Be familiar with all the tool requirements and overview of the procedure - PLEASE go through this with candidates prior to orientation.
- Tools must be shadowed and organized prior to starting to be able to hit ground running day 1 of orientation.
- PowerPoint and copy of tool inventory/check sheet are provided in files.
Aircraft Worked: Embraer Corporate Jets
- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify and service aircraft avionics, electrical and electronic equipment.
- Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
- Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements for factory, shop and/or hangar positions.
- Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in 5-S activities.
- Perform all assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.
- Operate ground support equipment as required.
- Assist with mechanical / electrical removals and installations.
- Assist with maintenance at off-site locations as needed.
- Assist with other maintenance disciplines as needed.
