Data Analyst - HR
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an HR Data Analyst for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of business analysis experience, preferably in SAP HR.
- Demonstrated capability to analyze business processes, create business requirements document, and deliver effective and efficient business process improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills Independent with high initiative
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Strong understanding over high level business processes Data migration experience helpful Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment
- Able to work in stressful situations
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities College degree preferred, preferably a B.S. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in SAP HR Experience with Employee Central a plus
Responsibilities:
- The SAP Business Analyst is responsible for improving Company's HR systems and processes.
- The primary duties include researching business processes, creating business requirements documentation, and assisting in the workload in the HRIS organization.
- You will work closely with Business Owners and other IT Service Delivery Towers to deliver HCM solutions and maintaining the Agility system.
- Understand complex business requirements and can probe for detailed requirements to created Business requirement document (BRD).
- Analyze business processes and propose improvements to streamline, simplify and optimize business solution.
- Assists customers and documents changes required in the current system to implement redesigned business processes.
- Develop Business specifications for forms, reports, Interfaces, data Conversions, enhancements, and workflow.
- Coordinate with technical developers to review specifications with customers, explain the design and obtain approval of specifications.
- Create business specification document to be developed by SAP developers and validate results.
- Assist developers by responding to questions and clarifications.
- Assist customer in developing test cases, test scripts and test plans.
- Assist customer in performing integration and user acceptance testing.
- Provide Business guidance to Business Owners during testing cycles and approval process
- Coordinate issue resolution with defects and issues identified by customer during integration testing, and post go-live.
- Update all business design document at the end of development and test cycles, and conducts a documentation walk through with customer.
- Provides knowledge transfer to internal teams of any changes made to the business/system processes.
- Maintain professional and good working relationships with Business Owners and IT Service Delivery team.ME.
- Provide system testing support for SAP production changes.
