Operation Support Representative:
- Pulls in-house requisitions to fill prepull demand.
- Puts away recapped BFG/CFE parts and material.
- Processes Delta recapped assets to stagging area.
- Processes Delta assets issued to AC after departure/recap.
- Inspects off-units from production to ensure process is followed.
- Asses incoming customer prepull to align with ATS.
- Attends daily operation and customer meetings to answer questions regarding material.
- Attends Pre-dock and Post-dock meetings to support operations.
- Meets with onsite customer and communicates open demand requirements.
- Works with customers on disposition of stock.
- Tracks and provides daily material status of incoming parts.
- Updates Gateway material reports.
- Researches and communicates purchasing request kickbacks with operations.
- Delivers critically hot parts from receiving to production floor.
- Collaborates with customer, internal and external partners for material support.
- Monitors email requests from customer, internal production and support departments.
- Responds to daily questions from production about parts, tooling and chemicals.
- Assists with receiving/shipping departments when needed.
- Maintains up-to-date training in ATS Plateau platform.
- Provides guidance to staff when resolving technical and procedural issues.
- Trains, coaches, and mentors’ new employees as required.
- Assists with the development and general revision of standard work documentation and processes.
- Issues/returns kits, parts and tools from counter or to production floor.
