JOB DESCRIPTION
- Using existing aerospace knowledge and expertise to inspect varieties of finished articles to ensure conformance with FAA/EASA/TCCA Part 21 specifications and established quality standards, including customer requirements.
- Review, analyze, and approve aerospace articles that have been maintained under FAA/EASA/TCCA regulations and/or received special certification processes.
- Perform inspection procedures and issue TCCA Form 1 on all New Articles manufactured under ASQR 4.6.
- All inspections shall be performed in accordance with Satair’s QAD 3.8.4.6.1CS, Quality Management System, Airbus QAD and SAP inspection plans.
- Perform inspection procedures and issue EASA Form 1 on all New Articles in accordance with Airbus POA’s requirements and EASA Part 21G regulatory requirements.
- Issue Discrepancy Reports and Unserviceable Tags on non-conforming material.
- Monitor and follow up of storage conditions on all Spares material.
- Assist in the resolution of customer complaints concerning Proprietary Parts and Supplier quality problems.
