Diesel Service Advisor

Shift- Wed- Sat 5am- 530 pm 
Pay- 80-85 k Salary 

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, handle calls, and obtain necessary information for billing and details of repair.
• Review warranty of vehicle, generate repair orders and prepare for dispatching.
• Communicate repair progress with customer.
• Obtain authorizations for repairs.
• Assist in paperwork filing, document security and office organization.

• 5-7 years of consistent work history, mainly as dealership service advisor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors.
• Pro-active self-starter. Team oriented.
• Must be able to work under pressure, handle conflicts and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and composure.
• Ability to work independently with little direction and meet deadlines.
• Assist and support management and co-workers.

• Safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Must be able to listen and speak clearly on telephone.
