Diesel Service Advisor
Worcester, MA
Shift: M-F 6:45 AM to 4PM, and 10:30AM to 7PM alternating weeks; Rotating Saturdays
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an Diesel Service Advisor working out of a Truck dealership opportunity in Worcester, MA.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Responsibilities will include:
- Answering Incoming service calls, promptly and professionally
- Must have experience with ADP/CDK dealer operating system and solid computer skills
- Scheduling Appointments
- Greeting all walk-in customers promptly and provide timely professional service.
- listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking specific questions to identify the what’s occurring and under what conditions the issue/ issues are occurring on the customers vehicle.
- Opening repair orders,
- Work as an intermediator between service technicians and customers
- Looking up O.E.M warranty coverage's
- Provide repair estimates to service customers.
- Obtains the customer’s authorization to proceed with repairs.
- Keep customer updated on status of repairs.
- Documents repair order changes and update estimates.
- Notify customer of when repairs and completed,
- process payment transactions.
