MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
**since experience requirements are so open, team is most focused on finding someone with good work ethic, attitude, reliability, and organizational skills**
  • Must be currently located in DFW metro area or willing to relocate to DFW at own expense for this role (Airbus will not be providing any relo assistance for this role)
  • BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent experience, required
  • At least one (1) year of project management experience, required
  • At least one (1) years of experience in Sales or Marketing, required
  • Any experience in aviation industry, preferred
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM certification), preferred
  • Organization skills, required
  • Maintain good customer and interdepartmental relationships, required
  • Verbal and written communication skills, required
  • Time Management skills, required
  • Project Management capabilities, required
  • Negotiation Skills, required
  • Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form in English, required
  • French – business proficiency, preferred but not required

JOB DESCRIPTION – FORMATTED TO BE SHARABLE

As the world's number one helicopter manufacturer, our team members in the Sales department work closely with our customers to make sure they have the aircraft that best fit their needs - whether that be our civil range helicopters supporting first responders or the most challenging military missions.

Project Coordination: 50%
  • Tracking and reporting of sales opportunities including 90-day forecast.
  • Analysis of Cost Summary and Reconciliation (CSA)
  • Organize, track, attend and facilitate new quote request meetings and customer alignment meetings.
  • Document and follow up on key actions and decisions from meetings with both internal and external partners.
  • Facilitate the documentation and distribution of meeting minutes to all customers.
  • Ensure project expectations and delivery timelines are met.
  • Resolve and disseminate project changes to partners.
  • Undertake project tasks as needed.
  • Participate in developing new project strategies.
  • Ensure projects adhere to framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project with attention to detail.
  • Ensure all partner views are handled towards the best solution when it comes to winning a sale.
  • Creation of tracking spreadsheets to fulfill each project goal and objective.
  • Collect, analyze and track sales team information pertaining to pricing on configurations, current year pricing, first-come-first-served configurations, offers and bookings including complex offers.
  • Coordinate with Programs department to keep the Sales Configurator and basic configurations up to date.
  • Collaborate with France, the Programs Department and Proposal teams to ensure expeditious and accurate First Come First Serve (FCFS) helicopter pricing and distribution to all partners.
  • Preparation of offers with cover letter and or presentation for Sales Managers, as needed

Support to Sales Managers: 40%
  • Development of Presentations for customer specific completions
  • Includes building photograph library of previous and current completions
  • Build configurations for customers
  • Support Marketing team with customer desk top helicopter model ordering.
  • Coordinate compliance issues pertaining to Sales
  • Anti-money Laundering/Know Your Customer (AML/KYC) processing
  • Export and Denied Party processing
  • Coordinate sponsorships for Sales Managers
  • Support Management in all steps of the CRM sales process.
  • Assist Regional Sales Managers in the field with Grand Prairie campus related issues.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure promotional items and literature is in stock to fulfill upcoming Regional Sales Manager requests.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure accuracy of the promotional item shipments and logistics of offsite event items prior to upcoming events.

Support to HCare Sales: 5%
  • Brochure Development and Maintenance to include:
  • Maintaining HCare files
  • Updating marketing materials
  • Interacting with customers in support of HCare Sales
  • Maintain familiarity with HCare offerings
  • Maintain liaison with AH Services and Support in France and in North America.
  • Prepare HCare offerings
  • Develop HCare market analysis

Administrative Support: 5%
  • Customer site visit support
  • Some travel Coordination for Sales
  • Initiating and processing purchase requests
  • Updating Welcome Board for AHI customers
  • Coordination of IM product ordering and support (cell phones, laptops, and tablets)
  • Manage distribution lists and flow of communication to the team
