MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
- 5+ Years of recent structures sheet metal modification on fixed wing, preferably large body aircraft, experience.
- Requires own tools and toolbox shadowed and etched. (Attached is the tool list and some additional information)
- Must be able to commit to 12-18 month assignment with high possibility of being brought on direct based on performance. (If brought on direct pay rates are between mid to high $30s)
- Pay rates are $40 (Level 1), $42 (Level 2) or $45 (Level 3) depending on experience. Per Diem is $840 per week and they work 4/10s with possibility of OT (Although we do mention they have to work at least 5 days when OT is available).
- Copy of DD214, NGB-22, or Statement of Service (if still active) - Not mandatory - if not veteran or active military need 1-2 professional references (minimum 1)
- Must have a certified copy of Birth Certificate or an unexpired passport to access the secured work site on first day of work. (No Clearance Required)

- They will be working on the brand new Global 6500 Bombardier Aircraft.
- Will be putting large Canoes on the Belly of the Aircraft and placing Antennas.
- The Ability to work in a Confined Space. Need to be physically fit and agile…Laying in tight spaces under the floor doing Frame Mods inside the aircraft
- Drilling (can they drill a straight hole), can they understand a Layout/Blueprint,
- Terminology used: Frame Slice, upsizing the holes, hallock installation, drill it off and upsize
- Need tool box Shadowed and Etched, last 4 of their social on the box…etch out old markings please. They should know what tools they need.
- – torque wrench, files, straight snips, aviation snips, cleco fasteners, cleco pliers, c-clamps, rivet guns, rivet sets, bucking bar,
- Fighter jet aircraft experience, C-130, any sort of Fixed wing aircraft experience is fine, Sheet Metal is Sheet Metal- they just need to be able to explain their MODIFICATION experience ( much different from fabrication, production, maintenance)
- The only Level of Maintenance experience that is needed here is D Level Maintenance – Depot Level which would be at a Major Repair Facility
- THEY WILL ALL BE REQUIRED TO TAKE A SHEET METAL TEST ONCE ONSITE—IF THEY FAIL IT BADLY, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE!
- Upsize these holes
- Drill it off and upsize ( Hallock install)
- Drill a straight hole
- Basic layout understanding
- Frame slice
- These Guys will be working 4 -10,s, 8 hours on Friday and 8 hours on Saturday for a while ..56 hours a week
- They will only have off on Xmas day and Thanksgiving day
- They LIKE GUYS WITH 5-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE AND THEY WANT THE GO-GETTERS AS WELL…THEY ALSO REALLY LIKE THE YOUNG GUYS WITH 3 YEARS-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE THAT THEY CAN TRAIN AND MOLD.
