General Description

The Supply Technician will support the C-5M Alternate Modification Installation (AMI) Program in Waco, TX
Performs a variety of warehouse duties that require understanding of the supply chain management and be familiar with storage plans

Duties

Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations
Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials
Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage
Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment
Operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties
Other Duties as Assigned

education/Experience requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience
Must be a US Citizen
Must currently have or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance

May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear.
Must be able to distinguish color and judge three-dimensional depth.
May be required to operate power vehicles, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment, fork lift, etc.
