Weekly Pay (on 40 hours) / PACKAGE RATE: Range - asked us to put target for candidates
ST. 
3-5 years’ experience - $20+/HR
5-8 years’ experience - $25+/HR
8+ years’ experience - $30+/HR

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Can be either 5 X 8s or 4 X 10s, please specify candidate preference.
• 1^st & 2^nd shift available for all roles, please specify preference on this as well.

OVERTIME: TBD

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

• Will consider combo of military & commercial.
• Flight line experience including track and balance.
• A&P licensed candidates preferred but not required.
• Overhaul experience is a plus.
• Experience installing avionics systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Experience working PMI 1 & 2 inspections on Blackhawks in past 5 years - preferred

Week 1 – Responsibilities / Expectations / Culture / Environment
JOB DESCRIPTION – FORMATTED TO BE SHARABLE

Aircraft Worked:             Little birds, 500, 520, 530, 600… all MD platform, but not 900.
Project/Workscope:      

• Installation
• Repairs

• This shall include, but not be limited to items such as, removal and installation of panels, components, and interiors, as well as repair work on avionics installations.
• Stamp, bundle and install connectors on wiring.
• Removal of old wiring and installation of new wire bundles in aircraft.
• Troubleshooting and evaluation of avionics systems on the aircraft when designated.
• Aircraft movement and assistance in hangar stack when required.
• Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling when required.
• Work independently on projects when required.
• Work within a team process.
• Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
