JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Follow up with vendors to obtain repair quotes.
- Interaction with vendors and internal areas to dispute quotes.
- Generate Purchase Orders according to Embraer policies.
- Assist the Repair Management team with the activities of the area
- Interact internally and externally to expedite repaired parts return to Embraer and its customers.
- Support meetings and conference calls related to the Repair Management activities.
- Support the Repair Management team and leadership with reports.
- Work to solve discrepancies related to the repair management activities/paperwork.
- Participate in special projects - Kaizen.
- Update operational systems with repair information.
- Continually seeks opportunities to improve process flow and work efficiency.
- Performs other tasks related to the Repair Management team as requested periodically.
- Structure processes, aiming for simplicity through automation of routines and tasks.
- Implement, manage, and serve reports and visibility for Embraer's after-sales repair and asset management area with high availability.
- Develop and implement reports using Big-Query (Google Console), providing maintenance in existing automations in Python.
- Build dashboards in Power-BI, automations in SAP/VBA.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
- High School Diploma.
Experience:
- Generally, at least 3 years of customer service experience or supply chain & procurement.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Assignments require basic knowledge of a technical or functional area.
- Rapid learning and application of new information and concepts within the functional area takes place.
- Aeronautical familiarization (Desirable)
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to lead discussions and drive process improvements.
- Data-driven mindset capable of performing complex data analyses and presenting results clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrate negotiation techniques and customer services abilities.
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Team player
- Comprehends value-based management fundamentals (Shareholder Satisfaction x Customer Satisfaction x Employee Satisfaction) and employment law (sexual harassment, disability, discrimination, labor laws, etc.).
- Proficient in Outlook, internet browsers, Microsoft office (Word, Advanced Excel, and Power Point), SAP.
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau and/or CRM Analytics.
- SQL skills for manipulating, transforming, analyzing, and presenting data.
- English language fluency
