Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Lead the e3 (continuous improvement) strategy for the PDM/UDLM team
- Review of planning and material requirements for the PDM and over and above efforts
- Ensures team follows safety and compliance policies and procedures
- Scheduling of tasks to be performed
- Assigning the daily/weekly workload to team members
- Frequent coordination with support and management teams
- Daily team kick-off meeting
- Reading and interpreting drawings and aircraft manuals
- Provide oversight of performance to budget and schedule
- Assist with manpower planning
- Perform team member evaluations
