A&P Mechanic
 
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an A&P Mechanic with commercial C&D check experience on Commercial aircraft for an opportunity in Tampa, FL.
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
 
A&P Mechanics will maintain, inspect, repair, modify, overhaul and troubleshoot commercial aircraft in compliance with policies, manuals, procedures and requirements.
 
Qualifications and requirements:

• • Must have minimum 24 months hands-on commercial MRO experience
  • Relevant experience is 737, A319/A320/A321 and 767.
  • A&P License Required
  • Must have the minimum tools as required.
  • Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• We are a 24/7 operation, so candidates must be willing/able to work any shifts, including weekends. There will be NO shift/RDO preferences accommodated as they will be placed where needed.
• • Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have valid DL (Driver’s License)
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
  • Candidates must be able to pass a 10-year federal background check in order to obtain a SIDA badge from the airport. Your background check process should ensure contractors are NOT submitted if they have committed any of the disqualifying offenses on the TSA list. 
  •  We will not accept candidates who have had a failed, or refused, DOT drug and/or alcohol test in the last 2 years. For licensed positions, they should have a clear license in good standings.
  • All candidates should have the ability to read, write, and speak/comprehend English. This is an FAA requirement that we must uphold.
