Qualifications and requirements:
- Education or work experience in human resources, compliance, equal opportunity, employee relations, or people leadership experience work is strongly preferred.
- Experience conducting employment investigations and/or providing consultation on HR matters preferred.
- PC proficiency including broad experience with Microsoft 365 Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook required; SAP, NAVEX/EthicsPoint, and/or ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to professionally interact with employees at all levels of the company.
- Must be able to understand and effectively apply legal concepts related to the application of the disciplinary process and investigations. •
- Must have strong writing, analysis, and investigative skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and verbal forms.
- Should be organized and able to effectively coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should be able to clearly articulate concepts and perspectives and debate these with HR business partners to reach consistent and equitable conclusions which align with Delta’s culture and values.
- Must have the ability to work independently and complete duties in a thorough and efficient manner with a sense of urgency
