- Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision accuracy of products and production equipment.
- Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment: conducts quality assurance tests and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost and determine the responsibility for products and materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.
- Audits quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
- Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
- Must be able to meet NAS 410 Level II certification requirements in Non-destructive testing methods using Eddy Current, Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, X-Ray & Ultrasonic.
- Performs Non-destructive (NDT) level II testing of Aircraft, structures, integrated components, Engines, Support equipment, and specialized equipment as required for the detection of faults or defects using NDT methods and techniques.in ET, UT, MT, PT and RT.
