A&P Mechanic
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a license A&P mechanic/ hangar maintenance for an opportunity at a corporate jet facility in Wichita, KS.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
A&P Technicians are playing an essential role in our business. You will troubleshoot, repair, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft often working directly with clients to help them find solutions.
Qualifications and requirements:
- You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience either on aircraft, fixed wing or rotary or Military aircraft
- You have an A & P license
- TOOLS - etched & shadowed
- Minimum Airframe license
- Seeking at least 1 year business aircraft experience (Preferred)
- You have the ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings
- You have the ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status
- You have the ability to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled work days and holidays
- You have the ability to work in seasonal/inclement weather outside
- You have basic PC skills
- You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) (If applicable)
