WORK SCHEDULE:
1st: M-Fri 7:30AM - 4:30PM
Overtime: N/AMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
Will need to be familiar with the work. Will NOT have a specific training schedule, will be on the job training/hitting the ground running.
- NEED: J Standard (IPC -610) or higher
- MUST have soldering experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in cable wire manufacturing (or very similar)
- Wire harness assembly instructions/blueprint familiarity
- Tooling knowledge
- Experience with cable wire and assembling electronic components
- Experience following detailed instructions
- Continuity testing of wire harnesses and cable assemblies
- Use of solder iron and calipers
- Knowledge of performing visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products

- Will be expected to pretty much hit the ground running
- Casual dress code with close toed shoes
JOB DESCRIPTION – FORMATTED TO BE SHARABLE
- Ability to read blueprints and follow wire harness assembly instructions.
- Ability to gather materials and tooling necessary to perform work in an organized manner.
- Routes, wires, and assembles electronic components using wire layout boards.
- Numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions.
- Operate semi-automatic equipment such as crimp presses, wire twisters and wire strippers.
- Conducts functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies using friendly test fixtures.
- Use of a solder iron to solder wires to switches or connectors.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products.
