Purchasing Coordinator

 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

 

Qualifications:
Job Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent business experience is preferred. Five (5) years of engineering or maintenance experience is preferred. Project Management experience preferred. Strong investigative and analytical skills are required. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. A proven work ethic and customer service skills are required. Must be highly motivated, self disciplined and able to work with a high degree of accuracy with minimum supervision. Must have experience with MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Should have experience with SAP, SCEPTRE, VISIO, DBMS, BRIO and TOS computer software applications. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. 

Responsibilities: 
Supplier Operation – Engines is seeking a Program Coordinator role for the processing and creation of purchase/repair orders for Components and/or Engines going to/from outside repair maintenance shops. This position is responsible for utilizing appropriate tooling, equipment, CMM’s, AMM, AIPC, technical documents and material to ensure correct repair instruction are communicated effectively to the repair vendor through our purchase/repair order process. Qualified candidates must have experience using SAP, SCEPTRE, and Microsoft Office applications. They are also responsible to ensure parts are identified correctly by part number and serial number or to correct any discrepancies prior to the part being released to the vendor. Also, be willing to perform any additional task assigned by Supplier Operation management team.
