4th: Fri-Sun 630AM - 7PM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
New safety shoe requirements listed in "week 1" below;

 5+ years experience within last 8 required - MRO exp not line maintenance or structures 

• A&P License & TOOLS required. - See updated list in files **
• Need to be able to plug and play /hit the ground running!! – have planes on backlog
• Corporate experience highly preferred
• Can interpret/work from engineering drawings.
• You have the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status
• You have your own basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory and control of tools
• You have the ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required
• You are able to work unscheduled overtime including nonscheduled work days and holidays
• You are able to work in seasonal/inclement weather outside
• You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA)
• You have experience on corporate jets (preferred)
• You have basic PC skills

Week 1 – Responsibilities / Expectations / Culture / Environment

• Be familiar with all the tool requirements and provided an overview of the procedure - PLEASE go through this with candidates prior to orientation
• Tools must be shadowed and organized prior to start to be able to hit ground running day 1 of orientation
• PowerPoint and copy of tool inventory/check sheet are provided in files

SAFETY SHOES are required - as of Feb 14, 2025 Only 2 approved suppliers will be allowed: Cintas and SR Max with Cintas being main supplier.

Contractors required to obtain their safety shoes prior to starting their employment. 

An audit on the proper shoe attire will be conducted similar to tools inventory during the orientation week. JOB DESCRIPTION – FORMATTED TO BE SHARABLE

Aircraft Worked:  Embraer Corporate Jets

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft

• Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required

• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements for factory, shop and or hangar positions

• Comply with Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures.

• Participate in 5-S activities.

• Perform all work in a safe and timely manner

• Operate ground support equipment as required

• Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations

• Assist with maintenance at off-site locations as needed

• Assist other maintenance disciplines as needed

• Assist with fuel and/or de-fuel of aircraft as needed

• Assist with engine removal / installation as needed

• Assist with aircraft component repair as needed
