MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION
- HS diploma or GED
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in HR
- At least 2+ years in benefits and/or compensation

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist with Administer the company health and welfare benefits ensuring compliance.

Assist with day-to-day administration on retirement plans, ensuring compliance and company match/ discretionary contribution.

Assist with Direct COBRA Administration.

Assist with Review and pay benefit vendors/ plan administrators.

Assist with technical support via ADP for QLE and updates to Benefits- Quick Links or News and Announcement
Compensation: ?45% -
Assist with the job evaluation process, review and approve job descriptions, establish job specifications, job classification and salary grades and conducts periodic review.

Assist with Evaluate salary adjustment, promotion and job offer salary analysis and preparation.
Leave Management: ?10% -
Partner with Leave Administrator to assist with leave management program.
