Coating Operator
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Coating Operator for an opportunity in LaGrange, GA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direction of Production management, the Coating Operator turns controls to set temperatures of coating metal. Inspects coated products for defects and changes setup to coat sheets to specifications and maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
- Basic reading, writing and some advanced arithmetic skills required.
- Ability to read, intrepret blueprints and schematics.
- Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to client safety procedures and regulations.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
