LMS SuccessFactors Consultant
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an LMS SuccessFactors Consutant for an opportunity with our Major Airline Client in Atlanta, GA.
New SF LMS just went live and need help in stabilizing and supporting all learning resources.
Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of Learning Administration.
- Could include light configuration, reporting, working with business units to form a recommendation on training approach, resolving any issues, supporting primary leader in this tower.
- Trouble shoot system issues / user problems.
- Create & produce reports - Process engineering / flow.
- Curriculum management.
- SQL reporting
Qualifications:
- Experience as a system administrator for a very wide audience.
- Experience managing learning content.
- Great interpersonal skills and able to consult & guide stakeholders / customers.
- QA testing.
