LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced assemblers for an opportunity in Renton, Washington.
Job Summary
The Assembler 3 assembles products until they are completed to acceptance test procedures and routing operations by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs repetitive processes to complete mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools and electronic tooling, presses, and Arbor presses
Packaging of finished products
Inspects returned products and processes according to FAA regulations
Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows all safety regulations
Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision • Follow Procedures and Assembly Instructions
Read Blueprints
Occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch
Regularly lifts and moves up to 25 pound
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Strong planning with multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Have a proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of self-motivation, accountability and responsibility
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Must have excellent communication skills
