LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiter for an opportunity in Windsor Locks, CT.

 

Job Summary:

 

Responsible for sourcing and recruiting the very best talent to join this great company. This role demands a target driven individual who excels under pressure and can create strategic partnerships with hiring managers across our enterprise. You will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process for various groups within our organization.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create dynamic job descriptions and understand the skills and abilities required for the roles
  • Facilitate identification and selection of world-class diverse talent using multiple sourcing methods
  • Make candidate recommendations to hiring managers
  • Assist in the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Prescreen candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Use effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as forecasting and succession planning needs dictate.
  • Comply with OFCCP requirements

 

Qualifications and requirements: 

  • Must be able to verify U.S. Person Status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency using MS Office products.
  • Ability to work autonomously and at a fast pace; results-focused.
  • Demonstrates the skill to diagnose causes and the solution to business problems
  • Proven organization, prioritization, and planning and project management experience
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills for a diverse stakeholder population; and ability to work in a team environment.
