Mobile Service Technician

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift: M – F, 1st 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnoses malfunctions and performs vehicle repairs and related assigned duties.
• Test-drives vehicles to ensure repair resolved the problem.
• Arranges for and obtains appropriate inspections and approval of all major repairs before vehicle is released from maintenance facility.
• Maintains a safe, clean, productive and efficient work area.
• Diagnoses and repairs any and all issues with medium and heavy-duty trucks.
• Performs electrical diagnostic PM's, brake jobs, oil changes, HVAC repairs, and lift gate repairs on tractor trailers.
• Repair overhead doors on tractor trailers
• ABS diagnosing & repairs on tractor trailers
• Perform welding when necessary.
• Performs road calls and on the road repairs as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• The equivalent of a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related repair experience. 
• Must have own steel toe boots.
• Must have own set of tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass FMCSA DOT Drug Screen.
• Must be able to pass CRIM check.
• Must be able to pass DOT Physical. 
• Must be able to pass DMV checks, have valid Driver's License and ability to obtain a CDL.
