Project Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Engine Maintenance organization is currently adding overhaul capability for four new engine types in two new shops within the existing facility. This position is for a project manager to assist in the implementation of those new shops. • Develop project timelines as required, illustrating key milestones and risks throughout • Build deliverables to communicate the recommended business solution, project status, outcome, and other details regarding the work stream. • Identify opportunities to accelerate timelines and mitigate risks throughout the project • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and maintain sufficient communication to ensure milestones are met on-time • Perform analytical modeling and financial analysis to support the business case • Track work stream status and elevate issues that arise along the way
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Superior knowledge of MS Excel and Project,
- Experience managing medium/large industrial projects, interpersonal skills.
- PMP certification is desirable
- List soft skills needed: Communication, positive attitude, time management
- Quality background, Airline background. Flexible schedule, Travel required, computer skills, Excel, Word
