1st Shift Operations Admin
We are currently looking to hire a full time operations admin for our large manufacturing facility in Bensenville, IL. This position is on 1st shift, pays 35K to start and offers full benefits. This role can interview and start ASAP!
Candidates will be the right hand point person to the plant manager and oversee all office and admin operations. No degree is required, but we are looking for someone with office, purchasing, admin and scheudling experience. This person will oversee several things for the facilities, but the main items are detailed below.
Biweekly-Type coil receivers –twice a weekBiweekly-Type regular receivers –twice a weekBiweekly-Type & process POs – twice a weekWeekly- compare & delete Attendance line callsWeekly-Thursdays – sort Corp Mail; sort & pass out checksWeekly-Fastenal vending, get invoice, write up PO. Weekly-Launch write up PO for Contract employee hoursMonthly- Air Services Compressor Service & PMs Monthly-1st aid boxes – replenish suppliesEvery 3 months-Shoe truckEvery 3 months-Forklift service & PMs, see listEvery year-Forklift training – monitor license due, license good for 3 years.
