Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage an outside sales territory with a book of 25-50 customers
- Focus on both account management and new business development
- Contact inactive clients to reconnect on current needs
- Generate new business through cold calling and networking events
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients
- Team up with recruiters through the interview and hiring process to ensure candidate placement and client satisfaction
- Manage ongoing client relationships through regular correspondence and client entertainment
Requirements:
- A four-year degree from an accredited university is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Upbeat, positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and the desire to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Must be able to travel throughout the Chicagoland area
