FADZ----SOJT Instructor
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking FADZ----SOJT Instructors with experience performing work on B737 aircraft for an opportunity in Wichita, KS.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidates will perform team lead position work in the absence of current team leads. Candidates will be expected to learn and train per established standards. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate all shifts. Candidates will interface with shop personnel on a daily basis and report to the training and development team. Candidates will be expected to represent the training and development team in quality and safety initiatives. Candidate must be a self-starter and problem solver. Candidate must be able to work with minimal daily direction and carry out the requirements of the job.
Qualifications and requirements:
5+ years experience as a team lead or leadership position
Must have structural riveting, sealing and wiring experience.
- Must be flexible and able to work independently.
- Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
- Must be willing to work any shift.
- Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
