Maintenance Technician

 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking Maintenance Technicians with machine maintenance and set-up experience for an opportunity in MarysvilleWA.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Repairing and replacing defective parts in various types of Industrial Machines
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electromechanical, electrical, and electronic components of machinery and equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic devices.
  • Performing preventive maintenance of Industrial Machines electrical systems, and mechanical components.
  • Testing solid-state circuitry to find defective parts in digital and analog equipment and replacing defective parts.
  • Perform Alignment Procedure on CNC 3 and 5 axis Mills and Routers
  • Troubleshoot and repair CNC 3 and 5 axis machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair of PLC and PC controlled automation.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Coordinating activities with other divisions and sections.
  • Work from instructions, using sketches, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Make sure that the preventive maintenance duties you are responsible for are accurate and are completed on time.

Qualifications and requirements:

 

  • ITAR governed position: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to qualify.
  • 3 years’ experience in electrical and mechanical trouble shooting for large industrial machines.
  • Experience with CNC 3 and 5 Axis Milling Machines and Routers.
  • Experience with alignment procedure of 3 and 5 Axis Milling Machines and Routers
  • Experience with Control signal 4-20 Mv
  • Experience with Controls power 5 to 24 VDC
  • Experience with Operating power from 120 VAC up to 480 VAC Three Phase Power.
  • Ability to identify and implement efficient paths of action to finish the assigned work.
  • Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with others.
  • Should be able to test, diagnose, and repair various devices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC’s and replace associated devices, Sensors, Switches, Monitors, Valves, Etc.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
