Logistics Coordinator
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ULD Control team projects, directives and reporting. This position will be responsible for being the Unit Load Devices (ULD) Control team representative in the Cargo Control Center (ATL Campus, Training Center).
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with ground handlers and airlines to track and return leased ULD equipment
- Communicate with the ops teams regarding ULD inventories and movement requests
- Manage and respond to emails received in the shared ULD Control mailbox
- Make adjustments to ULD directives as needed and request stations move ULD equipment via flights/trucks
- Analyze station ULD inventories in Luggage Logistics
- Utilize WebVision, LoadTrac, and DLTerm for reporting daily ULD movements
- Report out on ULD statuses/hot spots during the CCC briefings
- Answer questions in the CCC related to ULDs and Luggage Logistics software
- Correct invalid and error messages received in Luggage Logistics
- Update the KRIT table in DLTerm with flight messaging data
- Create AC-12’s for EUV truck movements in WebVision
- Create new logins for Luggage Logistics and assist users with password resets/locked accounts
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Type 35 WPM
- Excellent professional, verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to work comfortably as a part of a team
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; able to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities
PREFERRED
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years previous analyst work experience
- Experience in WebVision, LoadTrack, DLTerm, Luggage Logistics
