Production Associate

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Associate with assembly experience for an opportunity in Wilson, NC.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cut specified material to correct length using prescribed cutting method.
• Clean parts using wire brushes, buffing wheels and other mechanical means.
• Assemble required parts by brazing, stringing, welding, and etc. per applicable documents.
• Build assemblies per blue prints, operation sheets and work instructions. Perform acceptance and calibration tests using electronic test equipment.
• Perform applicable ATP per product specifications.
• Assist in training other assembly personal. Perform assigned work in compliance with all applicable procedures, drawings, work instructions, routers and EH&S guide lines.
• Maintain materials, equipment and the work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Qualifications and requirements:

• 0 - 1 year’s work experience is required with some manufacturing experience preferred.
• The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
