IBT Maintenance Support Team Member
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an IBT Maintenance Support Team Member in Everett, WA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for security and accountability of aircraft tallies
- Set-up, maintain and up-date aircraft tally books and related files
- Fax, mail or give to on-site customer representatives any critical required documents prior to aircraft departure
- Update customer computer systems with appropriate information as required by each customer
- Responsible for accounting of all paperwork for a check prior to aircraft return to service, including verification processes
- Daily data entry of aircraft maintenance documents and accurate status updates of maintenance documents
- Process material tracking documents and tags as required to maintain records
- Compile all completed paperwork into format satisfactory to customer
- Ensure ATS repair station records are accurately archived and maintained in the electronic record keeping system
- Responsible for uploading aircraft documents/records to customer computer system as customer requirements deem necessary
- Verifies completeness and accuracy of all Maintenance documents
Qualifications and requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent AND at least two years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to operate general office equipment, such as fax and copy machines.
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc.
Ability to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, office software, and databases.
Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
Must be willing to work any shift.
Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
