IBT Maintenance Support Team Member

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an IBT Maintenance Support Team Member in Everett, WA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for security and accountability of aircraft tallies
• Set-up, maintain and up-date aircraft tally books and related files
• Fax, mail or give to on-site customer representatives any critical required documents prior to aircraft departure
• Update customer computer systems with appropriate information as required by each customer
• Responsible for accounting of all paperwork for a check prior to aircraft return to service, including verification processes
• Daily data entry of aircraft maintenance documents and accurate status updates of maintenance documents
• Process material tracking documents and tags as required to maintain records
• Compile all completed paperwork into format satisfactory to customer
• Ensure ATS repair station records are accurately archived and maintained in the electronic record keeping system
• Responsible for uploading aircraft documents/records to customer computer system as customer requirements deem necessary
• Verifies completeness and accuracy of all Maintenance documents 

Qualifications and requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent AND at least two years related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

• Ability to operate general office equipment, such as fax and copy machines.

• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, etc.

• Ability to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, office software, and databases. 

• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.

• Must be willing to work any shift.

• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
