Wire Assembler

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Wire Harness Assemblers for an opportunity in Everett, Washington.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs a variety of moderate to complex production assembly operations.
• Utilizes diagrams, drawings, work orders, and oral and written instructions to assemble products and subassemblies.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Uses a variety of hand tools or production equipment. Is cross-trained in many of the shop processes.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding using BMS and BAC specifications, and other types of aerospace
  specifications.
• Maintains a high level of quality/craftsmanship. Does basic troubleshooting and problem solving, and works
  with Planners and Engineers to solve problems.
• Tools and machines that are used: band saw, disk sander, rivet gun, routers, drill motors, power supplies.
  Materials include adhesives, laminates, fiberglass/resins.
• All positions require experience in any and/or all of the following areas: mechanical assembly, final assembly,
  seat assembly, bonding, aircraft interiors.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Position requires basic job-related courses or training in a non-technical or vocational field.

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and urinalysis.
