HR Project Administrator

 

 

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking an HR Project Administrator for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to 3 Directors/Managing Directors on the Global Talent team, the candidate must be able to prioritize and work independently to perform advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties.
  • Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a wide range of projects, people and styles.
  • Efficiency in managing leader calendars and coordinating meetings for large and small groups will be essential.
  • Filing, documenting, approving and preparing expense statements, invoices, vouchers, reports, memos, letters and other documents, utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio and Outlook is a requirement.
  • Ability and resourcefulness to quickly learn Company programs, policies and procedures is a must.
  • Proactive instincts and the ability to discern unspoken needs will heightens a candidates effectiveness in this role.
  • Candidate has the ability to multitask, with strong project management , event management, vendor management and time management skills.
  • Candidate will have the ability to manage and maintain multiple schedules, meetings, travel itineraries.
  • Greeting visitors, receiving telephone calls, and preparing responses to correspondence containing routine and sometimes complex inquiries are typical tasks associated with the position.
  • Candidate must feel comfortable and be flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient in a fast paced environment, often under pressure.
  • Candidate must act with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making and attention to detail are of extreme importance.
  • Supporting leader (or business guest) travel needs, including making flight reservations and booking hotels is also a required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to type a minimum of 60 words per minute.
  • Requires proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and Windows-based applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel. DeltaTerm, BizTrip , SAP, Tableau and Concur experience is also preferred.
  • Must be team-oriented and able to coordinate activities across multiple departments working closely with administrative assistants in other areas.
  • Must have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of staff from frontline employees to executive staff.
  • Experience with corporate business processes and procedures such as expense reporting, invoice payment, calendar scheduling, event management, travel arrangements preferred.
  • Must have the interpersonal skills necessary to work well with a diverse team.
  • Detail skills necessary to ensure that information is accurate and correct, that documents are grammatically correct and that work is completed in a timely manner.
  • Two or more years of prior administrative, coordination or secretarial experience supporting others required.
  • In a nutshell we are looking for someone: • Understands this is a contract role … and is okay with that • Understands the role is largely administrative … and is okay with that.
  • Has the ability to work on some special projects and events Flexible hours that fall somewhere in the M-F 8-6 range.
  • Need someone who loves administrative work and understands the strategic support role it can play in the team’s effectiveness.
  • No HR experience required.
  • What we really need is an experienced EA – that has supported Execs – calendars, traveling, and can juggle a bunch of stuff at once with ease.
  • Not get overwhelmed with too much too do.
  • Need someone that is a computer whiz – and not overwhelmed by technology and that works FAST –
