Manufacturing Manager
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for an opportunity in Auburn, Washington.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and managing improvement plans for assigned manufacturing related projects
- Creation and implementation of Level Loading and Standard Operating Rythm of production operations.
- ·Collaborate with Management, Operations, and Production teams
- Understand MRP system and manage material requirements to plan
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and internal customers
- Must have experience managing production lines in an aerospace manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role (Level corresponds to experience)
- Must have proven aerospace manufacturing management experience.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.
